SALRC’s Regional Committees have again helped shape the way for MLA’s Producer Demonstration Sites (PDS) after releasing their 2021 PDS priorities.
MLA invests annually in projects that conduct practical trials and demonstrations of new technologies and management practices at a commercial scale on sheep and cattle properties across Australia. These are aimed at increasing the adoption of new technologies and management practices by commercial sheep meat and beef producers.
During January and February this year SALRC consulted with our seven regional producer committees to come up with what we see as the priorities for PDS projects in our regions. We would like to thank our regional producer and stakeholder members for their time and input into this process and have included a copy of the submitted PDS priorities below.
